- Electric Art Market LLC will mail out a Sales Agreement document (pursuant to interests expressed), along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
- Sign the Sales Agreement and mail full payment due (in self addressed stamped envelope provided) to Electric Art Market. Electric Art Market must receive Sales Agreement document along with full payment due by payment due date listed in Sales Agreement (typically within 15 business days from the postmark date of the Sales Agreement) to reserve merchandise or the intent to purchase is cancelled and Electric Art Market LLC reserves the right to sell the merchandise at anytime thereafter.
- Electric Art Market LLC signs and mails Buyer a final copy of the Sales Agreement. Electric Art Market LLC confirms a sale upon signing the Sales Agreement signed by the Buyer and when full payment due is received.
- Merchandise is shipped to Buyer. All merchandise comes safely and carefully packaged. Shipping times may vary.
Terms & Conditions:
- Cancellation Policy. Buyer may cancel intent to purchase at any time from point of initial contact with Electric Art Market LLC and Electric Art Market’s receipt of both the signed Sales Agreement and payment from Buyer.
- Refund Policy: Electric Art Market LLC will provide a full refund of the total sales price paid by Buyer for any reason of Buyer’s dissatisfaction. Buyer understands and agrees to all of the following terms before a full refund can be issued: 1) Buyer contacts Electric Art Market LLC to request a refund within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. 2) Buyer pays all shipping costs to return undamaged merchandise in its original condition to Electric Art Market LLC. 3) A full refund will be issued to Buyer only if merchandise is mailed to Electric Art Market LLC in its original condition, unless damaged during shipping (see Shipping Damage terms below) and 4) Refund to Buyer will be issued by mail within 5 business days after Electric Art Market LLC receives the returned merchandise, providing all Refund Policy terms are honored. /li>
- In the event of damage due to shipping: Electric Art Market LLC reserves the right to determine two options for merchandise damaged during shipping: Option 1) a full refund for the total price paid (tax included) by Buyer OR Option 2) Electric Art Market LLC will attempt to repair the merchandise to Buyer’s satisfaction only if deemed repairable by Electric Art Market LLC. If Electric Art Market LLC does not consider merchandise repairable because of alteration to the structural integrity or artistic intent due to the extent of damage, a full refund for the total sales price paid plus the Buyer’s shipping cost to return the merchandise will apply.
